At Old Mill Building Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your masonry and brick veneer materials. If your project needs change, you may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Shipment

  Ensure all brick thin-sets, veneers, or accessories are in their original packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to your shipment and send it to our designated distribution center via a tracked carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the materials are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
